Fallon did a great job with helping my long hair gain shape again. She did great keeping length but touching up the ends, creating better layers and reframing my face. Really appreciated the recommendations made for adding a clarifying shampoo 1 to my routine (to help take some residue out from my existing shampoo) as well as the Jico Hydra splash combo recommendations. Looking forward to getting some wave back in my hair again! Love the atmosphere and look forward to coming back in the future!
Side note: saw another woman have her hair colored and it turned out fabulous! It was a darker shade with a subtle purple undertone that just looked so unique and elegant. Even though I didn't get my hair colored, I would highly recommend anyone looking to get their hair colored just from seeing how great someone else's turned out.

Recently moved to Asheville and am so glad I found Pam and Salon AVL. Really nice salon and Pam is an awesome stylist. I felt comfortable right away and knew I was in very skilled hands with Pam (which is often not the norm when going to a new place). She asked questions, really listened and then worked her magic. I am very satisfied with the cut and color.

I recently learned I have alopecia and my hair is no longer 'what I knew'. Pamela was amazing. She did her magic on my color to match a hair topper, she gave me a haircut that I love (even without the hairpiece), and she spent as much time as was needed (hours!). I walked out of there already having made my next appointment.
